As part of a series featuring different roles within the food industry we produced this film looking at the Day in the Life of Adrian - a marine scientist.

Filmed over the course of a couple of days in Oban, Scotland, we captured both the in lab and out at sea parts of Adrian's job exploring the research he's working on in bringing seaweed aquaculture to the forefront of the food system.

The film was part of an outreach programme aimed at young adults to help them understand different careers.
