Heads Together and Row were a team of four people looking to row 3000 miles across the Atlantic ocean – what lay ahead was a life-changing experience. They completed the race in just 50 days, 22 hours and 38 minutes.
Henley Business School used the opportunity to run a research project looking into team resilience. The study would see how the individual crew members coped with the stresses during their training and the race itself. This film explores the team just as they are about to set off – their stories, motives and feelings in advance.
